The SD card slot on Surface Book 3 located on the left side of the base section and next to the two full-size USB ports. I'm not sure what the reason for this problem is but I'm running windows 10 on a surface pro 3 i5 128GB model and my micro sd card it wouldn't show up in file explorer, device manager or disk management. 1 Testing conducted by Microsoft in March 2015 using 64 GB and 128 GB units with 4 GB RAM. Testing consisted of full battery discharge during video playback. All settings were default except: Wi-Fi was associated with a network and Auto-Brightness was disabled. Battery life varies significantly with settings, usage, and other factors.
